"In the past 5 years where I have gotten my Ford Focus serviced at Regent Motors, I have dealt with quite a number of service advisors and some have been good and attentive such as Mr Sherman who I understand has been moved to a different department. However, for my last few servicings, I have been dealing with one of your service advisors, Mr Nasir.
I have been very pleased with the level of service and commitment that Mr Nasir shows in his daily duties. Although I may not have always gotten what I wanted, Mr Nasir has been patient enough to explain the reasons behind it as well as giving me good advice on how to maintain my car.

"On 24 May 2010, I made an unscheduled visit to your company as I suspected that my vehicle was having some problems. As I did not make an appointment, Anthony was then engaged with another customer but he assured that he would attend to me once he was done with the other customer.
While waiting for Anthony, I was greeted with a vey warm and friendly smile from Jamie at the counter. Despite being busy with her paperwork, she still took the time to engage in some "customer talk" and never with an impatient face. She also offered the snacks and drinks to me but I rejected as I could see that she was busy. Nevertheless, throughout the time i was waiting for Anthony, Jamie never failed to engage me and was totally professional, polite and friendly.
When Anthony was done with the customer, he immediately brought me along and attempted to diagnose the problem. After a brief test drive, he assured me that there was nothing wrong and in fact, my vehicle was still in tip top condition.
